Having excellent experience in F&B Controlling department with Sheraton hotels, Saudi Arabia for 5 years; Handled various sections such as preparing the daily food cost, weekly Beverage cost, daily bar inventory, month end store inventory, reconciliation report, departmental P&L statement, F&B bill passing, dealing with all excise related matters, menu planning with the Chef and F&B Manager, enforcement of control procedures for banquet functions, controlling of store indents, maintaining of par stock level in store.
