MAA School of Hotel Management was established in Chennai, India as a private Hotel School in 2002 and conducted various work and study programs. After MAA Educational and Charitable Trust was established in 2004, our Hotel Management courses were conducted under this trust. Later the MAA Educational and Charitable trust has been registered as a trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 to continue in conducting Hotel management courses.
Our students are from MMA college of Catering Technology and Hotel Management run by MMA Educational Trust from 1993. We also conducted the short-term courses in Hotel management at Gurudev Institute of Food Craft from the year 1997. We conducted different programs recommended by Department Of Industries, Govt. of Tamil Nadu for Women Entrepreneurs. We conducted 3-day short-term course In Chinese, Fast Food and North Indian Cooking for Housewives. Our old students are the members of our School. The founder and faculty are hospitality industry professionals as well as academics. We know the industry from long years of operating experience and have seen firsthand need for additional formal education on the part of our industry colleagues. Our student body is supported by a network of faculty from India and other countries.
