Banquet Manager
managed a 15,000 square foot banquet facility servicing both corporate events and social functions. Introduced systems to improve efficiency of food service. Successfully reorganized a department which was without effective management for two years. Sales increased thirty-five percent through proactive management, and guest retention by increasing service standards, and increasing repeat business by consistently building on team training. Reduced costs by eleven percent by implicating new controls, and increasing productivity of hourly labor.
