He went from being an International Director of Sales & Marketing to a General Manager managing properties ranging in size from small Country House Hotels, City Centre Hotels, International Conference and Banqueting Venues.

 

His renowned services included Creating, writing and delivering the following types of Programs - Customer services; Hospitality Sales & Marketing; Service Recovery - what happens when things go wrong, Reception Skills, and New Management Skills & Practices.

He also create and manage intern programs for both Filipino & Overseas HRM students in the Philippines.
