Carlos Velho, 52 years old, who is Portuguese, excellent understanding of premier establishment service standards and his unwavering attention to detail are a definite value adds when comes to Hotel, Resort and Service Apartment planning and development with wealth of experience his role been converging during the last decade on Projects and Development, have overseen Hotel and Resorts in Europe, Seychelles, Maldives, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. During the last 8 years based in Kuala Lumpur he have been involved in planning and development of the Golden Palm Tree, Sepang Gold Coast, The Zenith Hotel, Kuantan, The Water Front, Kota Kinabalu, the high-end resort The Nyior in Kudat, Sabah and the latest first boutique hotel in Puchong to be open next year (2014).

Before as an Hotel Operational held managerial position in international hotel companies as Orient-Express Hotels, UK, Hilton, Europe, Coco Palm Resort, Maldives, Norfolk Group, Vietnam and Swiss Belhotel International, Hong Kong overseeing all the operational aspects and task of the hotel departments - Rooms Division Operations, Reservations, Account Management, Housekeeping (Front Office and Housekeeping), Food and Beverage Operations - as well as preparing and delivering financial plans and projections. He have worked and supervised employees from many different nationalities, what have given experience and knowledge to leading many diverse teams worldwide and ability to manage staff that are relative to the operation and at the same time showing concern for their welfare, training, and satisfaction in their capabilities ensures a positive and productive working environment. He gained his managerial qualifications from Hotel School of Management, Portugal, the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in the United States, in the Emirates Hospitality Academy in Dubai and latest in Malaysia. With a clear philosophy, design, location and style of operations, combined with a rare experience it offers sophistication and elegance with flexibility when it comes to planning and design, feasibility studies and hotel construction management.
